About Breitling Chronomat Blackbird:
The Chronomat Collection is considered to be the flagship of Breitling since it uses Breitling’s famous B01, and B04 in-house made automatic/mechanical chronograph movements. However, the Breitling Chronomat Blackbird relies on ETA/Valjoux movements, which means this collection is not exactly comparable to the other Chronomat collections.
The Valjoux 7750 movement however, is nothing to sneer at. It may be a basic and generic ETA movement, but it’s also one of the most efficient and reliable movements ever made! The Valjoux 7750 is actually a legendary movement and has been around for several decades.
Breitling Chronomat Blackbird offers you a water resistance of 300 meters/1,000 feet, which means this is a proper divers watch.
